IR CONSULT is managed by Alexander Vollet. He is a graduate business engineer and an examined DVFA investment analyst. Between 1987 and 1994 he worked as an equity analyst for Deutsche Bank, UBS and SEB Bank, specializing in German mid and small caps. Already at that time he was engaged in bank-internal teams for IPOs, capital increases and international road shows of various German companies.
Since March 2005 IR CONSULT is the first investor relations and IPO advisory in Germany to be certified (bdvb). This award also means that IR Consult in committed to on-going further qualification as well as compliance with a strict code of professional ethics, prescribing the provision of specialist, confidential and independent consulting services with transparent and fair fees.
We are active members not only of the DVFA (German Association for Financial Analysis and Asset Man-agement), but also of the bdvb (Association of German Micro and Macro Economists). Additionally, IR CONSULT has implemented a number of international co-operations (Russia, Cyprus, Israel, Austria, Australia) to open our customers the international capital markets as well as new business opportunities. In 2015 IR CONSULT opened the China business with an own team.
